The site which was previously a draft allocation for housing in the Local Plan, before the Buckinghamshire ‘super’ planning authority was created. The site is being promoted for development in the emerging Bucks Local Plan and is immediately deliverable to provide much needed market and affordable homes, public open spaces and natural drainage features, ecology enhancement with Biodiversity Net Gain, high standards of sustainability and renewable energy, along with significant financial contributions to local infrastructure.
